Shipping & Payment
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
FREE for domestic delivery (Indonesia), we use JNE REG services with a time of 2-4 working days depending on the delivery location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We provide shipping worldwide flat rates with Indonesian POS services, which takes 7-14 working days depending on the delivery location.
PAYMENT
- Credit card
When you submit your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged. - PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Returns and Exchanges
Would you like to return your order or part of it? No problem. You have a return period of 30 days. From an order value of €39 your return is free of charge for you. You can easily apply for your return label here.
QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR RETURN
When and how do I get my money back?
The refund will be made using the payment method originally used. The processing of the return can take up to 14 days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or after a short time.
My item is broken. What should I do?
If your delivered product has a defect, a return is not necessarily necessary. Please contact our customer service via the contact form or by email to official@sukastrap.com

We are convinced of the quality and workmanship of our products and that is why we give you our Johnny Urban guarantee. You don’t have to worry if something breaks on your backpack or bag. Because you have a full two-year guarantee on your Johnny Urban.
This means you can easily receive spare parts or a free replacement delivery. Usually a simple email and a photo of the damage are enough for us. We’ll take care of the rest.🙂
